Camdem Brickell is an apartment building located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods for real estate within the Miami area. Without a doubt, Brickell is a beautiful and convenient living area where everything you need is nearby, surrounded by people who share similar interests and lifestyles, great restaurants, and shopping options.
The apartment complex needed new furniture, finishes, and better space and layout planning to match today’s standards and be up to par with its location and tenant expectations as new construction arose in the area.
Our mission was to build and remodel all common areas that needed improvement. We accomplished this goal within the allocated budget and time. With the help of an interior design team, we managed to bring exquisite beauty into every corner while maintaining its timeless appeal and making sure the construction finishes were flawless. We built comfortable and useful spaces that would delight every tenant’s needs.
The 21,000 sqft Pool deck area included a bbq area while the interior spaces totaled 55,500 sqft and had construction and remodeling upgrades to all of the common areas like the Lobbies, sales office, 2-story gym, corridors, and facade.
