Two apartment units turned into one haven at the Icon in Brickell – A beautiful remodeling project.
Located in South Florida and neighbor to one of the most exclusive residential areas in Miami, the Icon at Brickell has become a dream location for homeowners looking for a luxurious lifestyle. With the amenities offering 24/7 doorman, and concierge service to the large heated pool and spa located on the rooftop of the building, there is something here for everyone it’s no wonder people aren’t eager to move and prefer adapting the spaces to fit in with their needs through our remodeling services.
Have you ever wanted to combine two apartments and make them one? At Oro Construction, we accomplished this task for a customer, and the transformation was remarkable! We unified two separate apartments taking advantage of the view and customizing the space to have a cohesive flow. We made this possible by installing new flooring, remodeling the bathroom and kitchen areas, adding a fresh coat of paint, and completing the look with updated lighting.
The new flooring was chosen to match the style of the customer’s design sense in combination with one that would enhance the open floor plan and view. We used a light-tone hardwood floor and matching marble that was both aesthetically pleasing, durable, and luxurious. The flooring complemented all other aspects of the project perfectly, creating a seamless flow between units and an inviting atmosphere.
Because different areas were combined we needed to consider both electricity and plumbing in this remodeling project and all licensing needed to complete the task.
